Be Crêpeful is a Colorado mobile experience serving fresh & tasty French crepes in sweet & savory styles all over the Western Slope of Colorado. We travel throughout Mesa County (Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade) as well as Craig, Meeker, Steamboat Springs, & Cedaredge areas serving local farmer’s markets, music festivals, art fairs & our amazing Palisade Wineries. We are available for your birthday party, anniversary, graduation, wedding or corporate event.

Using locally sourced & organic ingredients, each crêpe is hand crafted with tasty fillings such as fresh turkey, pastrami, ham & a variety of cheeses & sauces.  We also offer vegetarian & Gluten Free options! Be Crêpeful also knows just how to treat your sweet tooth, offering dessert crêpes always served with fresh bananas,  strawberries, peaches & classic fillings of nutella, whipped cream & our famous Sweetened Cream Cheese. If it's in season, you will find it on our truck. Creating specials for each event, we pride ourselves on cooking from scratch every day so that you can taste the quality of freshness & flavor in every bite.
